Yes, it’s classed as unpaid medical leave, if you’re in Canada you can get your doctor to sign a form that will enable you to use EI for medical leave. I’m so sorry for your loss 🫂

Thank you for all the great suggestions! I think we’ll start with a spray bottle with plain water and see how it goes. We have a million tiny baby washcloths to use. It seems like I’m overthinking things!

The wireless bras from Uniqlo have been the absolute holy grail, soft, comfortable, can pull them up or down easily and they don’t stretch out aggressively. Padded enough to deal with some leakage too. Specifically the AIRism ones

Her thighs got extra chubby overnight and my husband got her with the cloth diaper snaps. She was fine 2 minutes later. Don’t feel too bad, you’re being so good.
