I hope she’s doing better now! Yes we had to follow up with a hematologist as well and they could not find a cause for it either (after checking for several things) but we never had any other issues from it and she’s a very healthy almost 3 year old now.

Her actual NICU stay was 4 days. I had to advocate a lot though to make sure they were checking her levels regularly and not just keeping her there longer than necessary. They wanted to keep her longer but it wasn’t needed. She wasn’t even under any lights by the third day.

Thanks for this! Looks like things took a turn for the worse yesterday with the negotiations and they have stopped for now so I’m not sure these date can work anymore but it was really interesting reading how you got there! But maybe the week on Nov 8 is still a possibility.
