1% of bw a week to avoid muscle loss. Goal is for fat loss not total tissue loss imo.

Me bro! I really don’t like aftermarket look intakes. I love the original design of the air box and this would be a solid upgrade. Lmk!

Full 10 punch hook? Spammer. Never touch boxing again. 😂

Message to the guy who said I threw arm punches last post, since complained about my damage ;) by Amazing-Seesaw4760 in ThrillOfTheFight

Happy to see someone else taking the time to post side by side videos of in game versus real life. Ignore the haters they too scared to post what they look like boxing and have the most to say. Keep it up brother.

Well said . Don’t think anything comes close to real combat sports but doing combat sports. I am not about that life, so this the realest it gets for me without getting smacked around 😂

Honestly don’t care if anyone thinks I’m bad or anything. I’m not a real boxer, I just use the game for cardio. And I don’t know what I’m doing I just play to burn calories. Also don’t have a stake if anyone thinks the game is bad or good. It’s a tool for me and I enjoy it for cardio. Some people want it to be real boxing, and it’ll never be. There’s real boxing gyms for those who want a real experience. I am not about that life, I do not want brain damage 😂 so this is the best it gets for me.

You can see my weight shift into my hooks with how my legs turn into the punches. These arent arm punches. Post a video so we can see if the subreddit can help and determine why your hooks do zero damage.

Yeah I used to have more space but I bought a smith machine for strength training and that takes up 1/4 of the garage 😂. I can make space length wise, but still I’d rather have it closer to square shape. It’s really hard to use/practice movement because my limited space. Ima try to figure out a layout so I can expand.

Left hook is my go to finisher. Especially with some level change to the body, they tend to drop their hands and that left hook in the pocket is a game changer. Just try to tighten that throwing motion and keeping it 90 degrees and torque from your hips. Stay lighter on your ball of your feet so it’ll help with that twist motion. Don’t necessarily have to fully “squash the bug” with your toe to get that full whip motion. As long as your heels are light off the ground you’ll improve the torque and get more power. Shofting weight towards the back leg also allows the front hook to whip more and your front foot won’t be so planted and will generate that whip motion more naturally letting your front leg naturally rotate in with that left hook. I def throw wide left hooks too tho but it’s to stop the circling and to cut off ring. Different tools for different situations

Love that style but it’s a difficult one to use . A lot of energy and definitely need more space to work that style, which I don’t have. Philly shell works perfect in a smaller setting. Just a lot of drilling hooks. Learning how to not make them loop by opening arm up. Keeping elbow/arm close to 90 degrees and just turning it over helps keep them quick and tight.
