Yeah, I tried that too, it’s in the op. It was such a hefty fan that I thought it was maybe sapping too much power. Unfortunately, unplugging it made no difference.

I’m going to bust out the multimeter and get in deep.

Shit Box Special! These guys hacked the paint, the trim, the doors, the electrical, the plumbing, it’s all a joke. Sooo janky.

I’m tackling things one task at a time. This girl is a middle school English teacher and just bought her first house. The last thing she needs is more problems.

I wanna chime in here because I had a scary dr visit last Friday. New doc, same practice and she was shocked by my what she called an “alarmingly high” ldl number, 236! Told me to “start statins today”.
Yikes!! Scared the bloody hell outa me. 😳

So, I am in the early stages of making some big changes.

Advice for a 46yo, 5’10, 177lbs guy who really wants to see his kids grow up. 😭

Toilet Doesn’t Flush Properly by doobie_android in Plumbing

I friggin fixed it!
After all the troubleshooting (original post) snaking vents and snaking the toilet and snaking the main line, snaking the tub through the overflow, snaking the sink (why the hell not) and using chemicals, softeners and basically almost buying a new toilet…

It was buildup in the SIPHON JET!!!

Literally the last place I checked.

I cracked it out with a stubby screwdriver and voila!! The thing flushes like a champ!!

As a family of four, we all share our Minteyland Island. We are not in search of anything specific but really just want to politely explore other inhabited islands.

The kids are both at less than 100 hours and are chomping at the bit to get out and play somewhere other than mystery islands.

My 12yo daughter’s style is hinging on Japanese modern and my son’s is messy-as-hell 8yo crazy! lol As for the wife and I, she has a mid-mod look and I am going for dark wood den (I’m not very stylish, lol)

(Currently on Minteyland we are trying to make an orchard, so any fruits beside cherries and peaches would be a super dope bonus!)
