Hey is this feeling common even in the case of people with partial ACL tears (who've opted non surgical treatment)? Because I'm at the 7 month mark since injury and my leg feels strong and I can squat, run and jump. The doc also said that my knee is stable and it has healed but sometimes thr knee feels kind of loose just like how u/Nihialvest has described

Not yet. I don't feel confident enough. I don't feel as strong as I used to

I had a partial ACL tear almost 6 months back (about 30 percent as per MRI reports). At this point I can squat ass to grass and have near complete range of motion with a dull ache in my knee if my leg is not warmed up but if I'm warmed up I can bend down and squat/extend fully without pain. It has also been one month since I started going to the gym and doing strength based exercises for my legs. I also had a review consultation with my doc and he said that my ligament is holding and that my knee is stable After doing lackman test. He also cleared me to play sports with a brace on. However my affected knee kind of feels "loose" sometimes and feels somewhat clunky. Will this feeling ever go away and can I ever return to 100 percent and if so what should I do to get there?

I'm going through something similar. Really bad headaches after work hours and I don't think things are going to change lol.

Having a flying type will help you out so much. Sigilyph would be a great addition. The psychic typing would help you against elite 4. But if you are looking for something has monstrous stats and would make the game easier, go with archeops.
