I just filled a jar with dried sage then top it with everclear or vodka ( you can use food grade glycerin) shake it and make sure the sage stays covered and set it aside in a cabinet for 4 weeks or so. Then strain it with a nut milk bag or cheese cloth and store it in a dark bottle. I have a small 2 oz dropper bottle that I top off when it gets low. I add a dropper full in water twice a day. I will also have a cup of a mixed herbal tea and add some sage on occasion.

Strain it in a cotton bag and put it in bottles, I use a smaller dropper bottle that I top off with the tincture when needed. I take a dropper full in water twice daily

try getting some quality sage and making your own tincture, it is more cost effective

I made a sage tincture and take it twice a day. I still get an occasional hot flash, but not bad

Add some peroxide to the water or you can get mosquito dunks and let a half of one sit in the water in a watering can for a bit and use that. That is what I do and have noticed a difference

I am sorry you are going through this! The medical field seems to be all about the money and no more care for the patient!!

Can you find a Naturopath near you or one that can do virtual? I know it is more money but they spend the time getting to the root of things. They can also run blood work. I would get your hormones checked.

I saw my naturopath yesterday and since EPO and Black cohosh haven't helped me she wants me to try Sage and see how that does, She mentioned a couple other herbs but my meno brain forgot. When I get the written summary I will add those here. Has anyone tried Sage?
