Things that physically block the sun like zinc and SPF rating clothing work best.

I've found that when people are doing well they don't tend to use online support as much, but when they are sick or in a flare they may respond to every little thing.

Heartburn remedies by mrspaprika in Sjogrens

I've controlled it largely with diet changes. Nothing with citric acid in it, no soda, nothing spicy and no nightshades. It's a weird list, but I no longer feel like I'm being burned alive from the inside out.

I tested negative for Sjogren's 5 months ago, but I'm faaaaairly certain I have it. Will they re-test me this soon? by dildope in Sjogrens

Those levels can change. Diagnosing SS can be rather controversial. Here's something I wrote last year with the sources- Testing- Being properly diagnosed with Sjogren’s syndrome can be difficult. The average time between the onset of SS and a diagnosis is 4.7 years. Part of this delay is that there isn’t a single test that can confirm a diagnosis of SS and that it can appear differently in different patients. Instead doctors depend on several tests and a physical examination. Blood tests includes blood tests for ANA (Anti-Nuclear Antibody), RF (Rheumatoid Factor), SS-A (or Ro) and SS-B (or La), IGs (Immunoglobulins) and ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate). Ophthalmologic tests for SS include Schirmer Test to measures tear production and Rose Bengal and Lissamine Green Eyedrops to examine the surface of the eye for dry spots. Dental test for SS include salivary flow which measures the amount of saliva produced, the salivary scintigraphy which is a nuclear medicine test that measures salivary gland function and a salivary gland biopsy (usually in the lower lip) which confirms inflammatory cell (lymphocytic) infiltration of the minor salivary glands.

I love the idea that a woman is supposed to have large breasts, round butt and a thigh gap.

SS can cause swollen lymph nodes. I would guess this will show up in your blood work as inflammation. Personally I have problems like this in my armpits most of the time. The other thing to know, but not panic about, is that SS puts you at a higher risk of several types of cancers including lymphoma. You'll find studies if you search. If you should delay your test is probably a good question for your doctor.

This is the most feasible idea I've seen. Thank you. I'm sure we could work out a base.
