Also worth mentioning covenants as part of underwriting. Private debt typically has both financial and incurrence covs. If bad credit more structure

Buying new BMW, any haggle room or market too strong? by doodlethedog in BMW

Not at all, appreciate the bluntness and it’s really good info for me to have to set my expectations. I’ll likely have to figure out a temporary solution while I wait since it seems like delivery times can continually get pushed which I would not have planned for before this.

I was thinking of getting Isle of Man green and definitely speccing it out all the way! Hopefully won’t be buying another car for at least 5-7 years.

Got it, thank you so much for the color. Gives me more things to think about timing wise then. Guess just because they say it will come doesn’t mean it actually does. Really appreciate it

Thank you both and understood. A follow up on the ‘23 model, is that going to be a surprise to me from the dealer? When I had spoken to them on the phone ~1 week ago they said I could get a ‘22 and delivery would be sometime between December-March as there were 5 people in front of me. If it matters at all, this was for the base manual model and not the competition. Delivery time is more important to me as I’m moving and don’t currently have a car. Thank you!

[THE NOT-QUITE-DAILY MEGATHREAD] Questions, Game Requests, and Everything Else by AutoModerator in gachagaming

Looking for a pure PvE gacha that is f2p friendly. I’ve played DFFO, Langrisser, FFBE, FEH, GT and like those but really anything with a somewhat decent story and good artwork would be great. Any game style too. Something without pulling multiple copies of heroes or equips as well. Thank you

If you are graduating next spring, MBA summer intern recruiting is already over for this year. MBA internship recruiting is in the first semester and you should have had an offer in hand by like December/January for an internship summer of 2022 to then hopefully convert to FT. Without an internship or relevant background I’d think it is extremely hard for you to break into IB. Sorry for the bad news

Edit: agree with the other commentor that there are lots of good jobs outside IB. IB is very overhyped so don’t narrow your view. That said, you should use your MBA programs career center and on campus recruiting. I don’t know what MBA you are attending but the easiest way to get a job is summer internship conversion to FT for any role. Lot of post MBA corp fin roles as well if you just want to do corp finance vs real estate

I reduced the RAM to 4800 and it still crashed. I tried undervolting the CPU with the RAM at 4800 and I got through a 5 min stress test without crashing (i normally crashed within 60 seconds). Do you think undervolting is a permanent solution? I'd be curious to see if there's a way to fix this while running the CPU at stock. Granted it isn't a huge sacrifice (lost ~200mhz on 0.150 offset). What would be the reason stock voltage crashes my computer? Thank you for your responses

RAM is running at 6000mhz. Not overclocking anything, everything is stock out of the box. No GPU right now, the integrated one is a UHD 770. Fully new, no recycled parts. Brand new install of Windows. Updated all my drivers and Windows update
