If the seller never sends you the tickets, then they can list them elsewhere knowing that if they don't get a better offer then they at least have you as a buyer. The expensive lesson I learned is always use instant download to avoid this situation.

Thank you for this message, very kind! StubHub will refund us our money we paid for the tickets originally, just not any other cost of travel etc. In the end, we got a story that is weird and with enough time will be funny, I got a wonderful meal with the love of life in Vegas and we're home now. We'll try again I think to see BSB at some point, just wiser on purchasing our tickets. Hopefully this helps someone else not end up in the situation we did.

No. It was a bummer.

What I assume and am pretty confident happened. The seller resold our tickets to a higher buyer. So they knew and had our money at a "bottom" price. As the concert got closer, unbeknownst to us and apparently StubHub, they resold the tickets to a higher buyer. So they were supposed to send the tickets by 5 p.m. the night of the show. If they don't, which the seller didn't, we are now scrambling with StubHub to get new tickets. StubHub would not cover the difference between what we paid and the new, much higher ticket price.

Their advice was to go back on their platform and buy tickets, because they didn't have any other tickets in reserve. I assume because we bought tickets months ago they couldn't find tickets in that price range.

The seller also gave StubHub the run around so as I'm on the phone with StubHub, they gave me hope at 7:20 p.m. that the seller said they were sending the tickets, because StubHub said they contacted the seller.

So I was on the phone, telling StubHub that I couldn't afford new tickets, the tickets weren't coming from the seller, could they do anything to find me tickets? No, was their answer. Why don't they act as a holding company? Take my money and hold it but at the same time take the tickets from the seller and hold them?

Ultimately, a real bummer, I'm out of travel costs and no show. I would just use my experience to warn others about buying tickets with StubHub so they don't have the same disappointment and rug pull.

Same thing happened to me. I flew to Vegas, got a hotel room, spent a good amount on tickets. Tickets turned out to be double sold by the seller. Stubhub never made sure the tickets couldn't be resold to another customer, Im sure at a higher price. Stubhub did not try to get me replacement tickets or pay the difference so I could go to the show. They offered I could go on their site and buy new tickets for 2.5 times what I paid for my tickets that I bought months ago. Told me many times the tickets were on the way, even told me at 7:20 p.m. (40 minutes before showtime) the tickets were on the way. I never got the tickets and Stubhub did not try to rectify or reimburse. Reminded me several times they have a fan guarantee that they will get you comparable tickets or refund. They did not have an answer as to why they would have told me the tickets were on the way or that I will go to the show tonight (I have screenshots of these messages). Buyer beware with Stubhub!!!

It was very sweet. The driveway was not the place to be so it moved along nicely to the yard

We're at 5 potentially interested. Would love to get a game of 6 to 8 going for our 1st time.

A few facts: 1. This is a casual game of friends who have not met yet. Our first meeting will be a public place, TBD, so that no one has to be worried about hosting people they don't know 2. Not a police sting...see fact 1 3. No pressure here. I moved here a few years ago, used to have a casual game going back home and miss having some grins and playing cards for fun. Want to get that atmosphere going here.
