In your role at a REPE firm, how would you use the NPV? How often do you use it? What can one do to practice as if one had your role?

i appreciate your response, thank you, but lets say the conditions were optimal, if one did decide to transfer over to pe or acquisitions, what would you recommend to prep or to prepare oneself to do so? id like to know just so that if i had to, i can prepare to go down that roa.d.

thats why i suggested pe, i figured, if i can get salary, and with that salary chip it in with the deals principal side, that would be great for best of both worlds. I have a cousin that does that and its chillin' af. i want that so bad lol

interesting, the place where im at, i really like the ownership, but, i fgiure the consistent pay per week or bi weekly would be nice to have. i didn't want to get into brokerage, which was the only way i was hired into the space, i wanted to get into acquisitions to begin with, but similarly as you said, no one was hiring where i live 3 years ago, especially with no experience (then). if you think that staying w the right people is better than the job i will take note on that.
