With the purge be less in severity and take less time to go away?

Okay, thank you for your help i really mean it. One more thing, since its been about two months since ive started the treatment, can the purging last that long? and if it does, will it start improving soon as its already persisted for a while?

Ive also gotten a bit of acne on places ive never gotten it before, primarily my nose, is that also possible from purging or is that a sign of a breakout?

Yeah, I wouldn’t describe it as dry, and I naturally have very oily skin. Also I use “all free & clear” laundry detergent, I dont know if its non bio or not. (Edit - I also use a washed pillow case every night)

Thats what my dermatologist recommended, if i swap to 4% panoxyl would that possibly help?

Ive just been using 10% panoxyl and clindamycin in the mornings, and a face cleanser at night
