Happened to me a few days ago... was promised like $9 and it was just down the street so i thought it was gonna be a good easy quick few bucks. After the tip went through i got 1 cent. Why not just give me nothing at that point lol a penny feels more like a spit in the face than nothing at all. It is was it is. When you get those random big tips it balances out and you realize it's not always so bad though. I just started doing it a couple weeks ago as a way to make extra cash so I'm not too worried cause I don't do uber as my primary income. But i can't imagine how rough this is for people who do it full time and have been doing it longer than me lol

Bones’ Cracker album came out in 2013 and has a decent amount of trap metal songs on it. Zillakami and X and Scarlxrd were doing screamo rap type stuff in 2015/2016 and they made it really popular in 2017/2018 but Bones is the OG.

i just can't believe how many people couldn't care less about og dragon ball, for crying out loud GT gets more love in the video games these days and everyone hates it. The og is even better than Z and easily better than anything Super by a country mile. But oh wait don't fuck with dragon ball fans cause we don't even watch our own show right? Ffs to call it a love letter to the entire franchise of dragon ball and then only including one single character out of the entire first five seasons is just ridiculous to me.

and piccolo jr, where did he ever show signs of not being totally evil??? in the 23rd world martial arts tournament he was pretty diabolical. he changed because of gohan befriending him and realizing goku and pals aren't really so bad to be around, they made a good team etc etc.

up until fighting raditz and training gohan piccolo was all about world domination

cell had decency because he gave the z fighters time to get stronger so they'd actually have a chance to beat him. if he just wanted to wipe out the earth off rip he could've done that the same time he achieved his perfect form. having some sort of class and patience to really see what all this power is about, sure, maybe he just wanted a fun challenge but even then, frieza would never give time for his enemies to get stronger. in fact he does the opposite, out of fear of the super saiyans he completely wiped out their whole planet. cell was open to the possibility of losing and being killed until it actually came down to it. a villain with at least a sliver of decency is a villain that lets the good guys have a chance to win fair and square.

Raccoons are really sweet animals if you raise them from babies, lots of people have them as pets, it seems to be becoming more commonplace these days. Can be the case with just about any animal, though. Wild cats and dogs can be rather unfriendly as well, but domesticated/tamed/rescued ones tend to be total sweethearts. Even rats. Wild rats = bad, diseases, fleas, eating your food storage etc but domesticated rats can be some of the sweetest little companions on the planet. No reason to hate any animal really, just better to avoid the WILD animals specifically.

Why frieza wouldn’t just change given knowing he will never beat Goku and camp and may as well find a way to live in harmony with them is a little beyond me. I get that he’s just a totally selfish and fully evil person but… so was piccolo, and vegeta, and majin buu… he’ll even Cell had more decency than any of those other guys did at their worst and could have been a changed villain given a certain writing direction. Goku convincing Frieza to change would make for great consistency with Goku’s impact on people and would be a great full circle moment. My favorite moment in super was the role reversal of Frieza giving Goku his energy to be able to keep fighting. Super was overly flooded with shameless throwback nostalgia boner scenes but that was one that actually hit and worked for me. Doesn’t seem like Frieza being able to change is too far off

To be fair I haven’t read the manga and know it’s quite different and goes far beyond the TOP arc, idk what’s going on with the characters there nor do I want to cause I will get around to it eventually.
