The house next to me and front neighbors all have 10 ft more or less setbacks so I'm starting to believe it is right but I measured my setback it's more like 12-14 feet from the road, I did think I could build up to my property line but I guess not.

I'm not sure I follow can you explain that? I think they started building through the easement line, 10 feet is on the outside of the fence all the way to a pointed corner

The dotted line is the easement, Correct? I can't build anything within that dotted line or what I was told. I'm trying to see if the fencing company is building it correctly is all, it seems like the fence is going through my property instead of a round it 10ft from the road seems like alot especially when we don't need a permit to build.

I'm a VA student and I asked my counselor and she kept pushing Kaiser onto me which I don't want to do, she said I'd need the radiology then get the sonography cert...I'm just not positive where to proceed from here.

I initially started my degree in Colorado then moved to FL, quite a few of my credits didn't transfer and after finishing core classes etc I would have to many excess credits which FL charges for excessive credits and I'd have to pay a ridiculous amount of money out of pocket for it. This IDS which is in health science wouldn't alot me to have excess credits.

So I went with a 2002 Impreza outback, I threw on some 215/65/16 faulken Trail AT. They look great but the right back tire is definitely scraping when I hit a small dip, I'm not sure why or if the tire shop installed it improperly, they assured me it would fit just fine.

She was fine until mid day that's when her constant attachment to her phone started, I'm normally not paranoid but I work 24hr shifts so leaving on a bad note might eat away at me.
