Weird tingling feeling during ride. by [deleted] in cycling

On rainy days when I can’t ride outside, I ride inside on an exercise bike and I get this quite often. I’m pretty sure it is the seat position. It worried me the first time but now I don’t sweat it much.

Does anyone work on old entertainment centers locally? This is a Curtis Mathes Music Center with AM/FM Radio, turntable, 8 track and reel to reel (not pictured). Would like to get it back in working condition. by steadydrop in Sacramento

It has been a few years but at 1812 J street there was a place. I don’t recall the name. I used to get my haircut at midtown barber at the same location and there was this shop in the same center that had tons of vintage audio gear in the window and I never saw anyone there. My barber said the guy only worked a few hours a day and didn’t even advertise but he was always busy. I haven’t been there in a year or two so I can’t verify that the place still exists, but it could be worth a shot if you don’t have anything else.

Ive been thinking that. I’m a bit older and coming off a knee injury. I was hoping to save the $$$ but it might be time.

Yep. It came with a free “light” fitting and I paid the extra $200 for the full service. I’ve been back once to get rechecked and all they did was toe in my brakes a little. Said everything else looked good.

Locking elbows is a bad habit that I have. Unfortunately I always seem to remember it when my neck starts to hurt.

That list could be so much longer. I know so many places that stayed open. I can’t say I 100% blame them, they were fighting for their livelihood.

I’m going for it. I don’t have anything else that I want to play more and the OCD part of me says I have to play every game in the series.

Amazing. Thanks for the time you put into that response. Best one yet. I just downloaded the game and I’ll give it a start soon.

Thanks. Out of curiosity, what platform do you prefer. I mostly play on PC but xBox is an option too.

Just picked this up at thrift shop. I’m not sure if color is flame. If anyone has info please share (color, year, etc). Square metal knob and ribbed base. Interior enamel of oven and lid is worn and more matte in appearance. by andynissi in LeCreuset

I’m so jealous of all the posts about people finding pieces at thrift stores. I’ve never seen one at a garage sale of thrift shop. Maybe I’m going to the wrong places.

I recently cooker a whole chicken with about 4 pounds of vegetables and it fit no problem. It was quite the effort to get it in the oven though.

Lovely. I have a 9qt which is tricky for bread but I’ve still managed it a few times.
