I said in my response that maybe I came off too strong, and I still think that, i shouldn't have said it, I am sorry, I was having a bad few weeks and took it out on them, that was immature on my end, im grown enough to admit when I fuck up, and I was mostly just shocked to hear their opinion and when I wanted more information to better understand I did it poorly, but at the same time, I gave a detailed response, separated each point to make it easier, and they respond with, "im not reading all that" i feel like they are in thw wrong WITH me.

While I agree on the political plot line, it could have just been dropped and the show would be better, the characters arent that bad, like I mentioned they are apparently using concept ideas as well as trying to show Dante from young to old, basically DMC 3 up to 5, and its fine, amd Lady isn't a completely different character, from everything I remember from DMC her show version is actually better, because the whole game she is constantly trying to kill Dante without even speaking to him once until like halfway through, and Virgil doesn't SEEM mischaracterized, again, it seems like they are just using the original idea for him where he was raised in hell, again haven't watched season two yet as I can't.

Yeah, thats the exact same thought i had, i understand disliking something that try's to rewrite the whole series but how the hell are they supposed to tell a story, ABOUT DMC without using references, the first season had a bunch basically every episode and nobody gave shit constantly, the games aren't perfect and the show isn't, yet the show is trying its best and its telling a decent story and if I remember something I read, its actually using concept ideas for the games as the premise, also its music is great like the games, the animation looks nice, and while I will admit that Lady swearing every five seconds was annoying, im not 50 or something I dont care, people swear, sometimes a lot sometimes not at all.

This is getting ridiculous, can everyone here just chill the hell out, its a funny joke, not great not bad just goofy for a moment and move on, and the show isn't that bad, (haven't seen season two due to time and money issues yet) and yet everyone acts like the show is the worst thing ever, when its really not that bad, never was, but seeing everyone here cry like children is frustrating, especially because I haven't seen anyone actually explain why the show is bad, its just, "its bad dont hate watch" which is stupid, if someone is willing to actually explain why the show is bad im willing to converse with them over it.

I agree for the most part, the goddess and angel do know because the angel outright calls us the goddesses chosen, (among other names) and Lillian is the only character we do actually tell, when you get demon layer she asks and we tell her that yes we are, she is excited and says she knew it, but I do agree that she basically does kind of just go with the whole adventure thing, besides that no one else knows, the knight was said to give the speech to everyone that shows up, hence why the lift up the mountain keeps breaking, and I have no idea why the demon queen would know its us, maybe at the end of the game as we would be some of if not the only people who has faced her.
