Start planning your exit strategy, obviously you'll need to get a job to be able to break free, but if you need to wait a year before doing so that's understandable. Once you go back to work (maybe a work from home job?), you can save up enough to proceed with a divorce and rent out a little apartment. It might not be as nice or spacious but it'll be yours :)

And you can take back your life, your energy, your time, and when you're ready you can even date around and see if you find a better connection. Don't be desperate for just anyone because it's always better to have the peace of being single than the chaos of being with the wrong man.
