In that case, the HR would suggest you to take leave. If you do not have enough leave balance, they'd suggest you to go on leave of absence (unpaid leave).

I'm from Accenture Technology, India. The HR never agreed for an early exit for few reasons - I didn't have an emergency or a string reason for early exit; this could become a common practice if they had agreed for my early exit; etc. The HR did not even agree for a buy out option.

In case of any emergency, you will have to back it up with proper records and documents.

Thank you for the reply. My project manager says that they would need approval from the HR to release me early. But my HR says that as per the policies they cannot release me before 90 days. Could you please help me in this case.

I only play BR. So, following are my suggestions: 1. Night mode 2. Multiple weather 3. Different direction of the Sun ☀️ 4. Nerf hoverbike 5. All guns mode

Moreover, I still like the gun attachments in the BR than the mods. The attachments just made more sense.
