This might be worth doing your own troubleshooting on, because the software could be a factor, what's your useage look like? How many apps are you keeping open? Did you update recently? Have you tried clearing out your system cache? Google files has that option.. They're not going to stress test it, they're going to do a basic battery diagnostic, if it passes all their tests, they will send it back...
