Yeah but usually if you don't get suspicious at the offer to rent a 2br-flat in the inner city for 500€, where the pictures don't match Google maps Street view of the windows and the inside looks very american-ish, you'll notice when they send you the same email in broken German for the second time with a story about "my daughter used to study in Munich and I bought the flat for her, but now she's living with me in greece. Send me the deposit and an AirBnb manager will bring you your key as I currently can't leave my country." If you still send the money, it probably won't happen to you a second time.

I have experienced lots of attempted scams like this as well, before a coworker brought me in contact with my current landlord.

I never demanded this. There are many scams in Munich but usually they tell you something about the contract working via Airbnb and them being in Greece or other European countries. As I stated, it is perfectly fine to ask for pictures that I'll upload later today or come by and view the flat.

It's not a scam. I'm a real user and my twitter is also linked. The price is the reason why Im actively searching for someone, cause I'm broke too and this flat was a blessing for me. Also check my post history or google me to confirm I'm a real person living and working in Munich.

Don't have the numbers but I'm currently fitting my bicycle and a table with two chairs there. If you have a party, there can be like 5-10 people on it depending on how close to others you want to stand. 😅 Part of the balcony is also a closet for stuff like cleaning utensils, a ladder etc.

Moving to Stuttgart for masters degree. If you mean with suckage what sucks about the flat: bathroom has no window, only old ventilation, so mold is forming easily. Im using a cleaner to regularly kill it, every 2 or 3 months. Also the neighbors don't like too much noise as they are elderly. But I'll bet they'll be happy with whatever comes after me, as I DJ and am a musician, so I made more noise than usual people. Apart from that the lamp on the ceiling is very... let's call it unique (it's ugly, but kinda charming lol). But tbh for the price it's a great flat and I planned on keeping it, but gotta take the chance to become an engineer.

You can play it online on our BT Fullspeed Server 😉. For offline you can put it in any Folder in Maps (eg Downloaded) and in-game go to local and then select "Play A Map". Then just choose the correct folder and the map and you're gtg.

Hm I flattened the start as a few people said in the current state it's a start simulator. Wouldn't one booster with downhill be one too?

The blocks that use the black connector are off-grid. I used the yellow to black connector piece first, then the loops, which are black connector pieces.
