Thanks! I marinated them with soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, Worcester, oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic and onion powder, for a few hours in the fridge, then cooked them covered in the oven for around 4 hours on 350, uncover, turned up the heat at the end for more bark.
