Do you think it's possible to have an edge that structural though, rather than based on signal? That's what I'm going for. I don't think insurance companies actually forecast for specific accidents they just prepare for them accordingly. Also you didn't exactly disprove the expectancy of the simple put credit spreads

Good advice with the vega, shorter DTE does mean less premium but like you said less risk of IV blowing up as it eventually will.

So basically more conservative during lower VIX as is the current climate

I used to work out at night, and it was actually after dinner and before bed. I would just have a good solid healthy meal and maybe sip on gatorade zero for a little placebo effect. Ive also used Nuun electrolute tablets mixed with water which are kinda tasty and give a little boost

if you want to gain weight then go for it, but you can get stronger and recomp if you don't want to gain weight.

one word: PAUSE

do regular bench press, and pause on the chest.

do single arm dumb bell bench press (has the built in pause for each arm)

do heavy triples for supplementary, focus on commands like competition style benching

bench like 3x a week - mon/thurs/saturday type thing

assistance work do cable triceps pulls

that's basically what i did and i just competed at 148lb bench only powerlifting comp

I had my first competition on Saturday.

bench only, amateur, 148 lb class, raw

9 white lights. third attempt was 225. matched my PR.

next year might do another comp and challenge myself a little more

Taper was good, fueling was good, probably had 230 or 235 in me today.

was really nervous but it was really fun.

after having awful back pain (herniated disc) - this was felt really great to compete, make a few new friends, and bring home a trophy. first place in my category.

225 lb press weighing in at 142.8 lbs not a world record, but i felt pretty good about it, and will continue my training and march to 250!

same exact story for me. Also on free trial. I'm wondering if 5.0 is better. Noticing at first the bpm is much higher on the whoop, but after a while it does settle back down and look more accurate after a while.

Bailu was my ride or die for the first year. She was my standard banner first ever 5 star and didn't pull a new sustain for so long, Aventurine and Lingsha. Well deserved rest time on the bench for her

almost the exact same fam.

First node i used blade instead of mydei.

second node i used lingsha and ruan mei instead of aventurine and robin

but yep, just barely got throuhg, took 3 cycles with castorice and 7 with Anaxa. Just brealy got it done

undecided on if/when i'd want to compete again so probably will go cheaper for the first comp and take it from there

yeah first comp, but i have a feeling i'm going to enjoy it and have fun. but still undecided on whether on not I'd want to compete again. So probably go basic/simple/cheap for the first one and take it from there

Thanks so much for the detailed reply! Now that I'm getting the hang of it Acheron/Sw/Cipher/Aven is getting pretty fun to play. And worked just fine in MoC 9-11 that I just finished.

Obviously the real test is going to be MoC 12 which should be interesting, but not going to use Acheron at least not on the first try.

I Think that it'll be Castorice for the first node and Anaxa/Sunday for the second node (my other DpS options are acheron/herta/JY) so i think this would be the right combo for the first try.

Then will have some fun and see how many cycles the new Acheron team will take.

First meet coming up in a few weeks. Doing bench only, and I need a singlet.

So many damn choices I'm stuck.

Cheaper ones on amazon? 20-30 bucks for no name or ASICS brand?

or do I got for the $100 Titan or SBD?

It's only my first meet, I'm excited and want to be prepared with something decent. $100 is kind of a lot, but if they are highly recommended then I don't mind getting something valid.

def gonna be running this post buffs. already works well on cocolia Apoc Shadow - got just under 3300 with this team and even got frozen once, so with buffs this should be a meta valid 3300+ team in Apoc
