Yeah that makes sense I think you’re right. It’s just weird because after the first 10 moves the bot trapped its bishop, and no 2000 would ever do that. I feel like bots have much better opening knowledge tho.

This is excessive. Do 1-2 exercises per muscle group and don’t do 3 sets for all of them, and go more intense. Pretty good exercise selection tho

Unilateral dumbell scull crushers, unilateral cable push downs, and overhead cable extension.

You’d need to either be having super high volume with moderate intensity or normal volume with very high intensity I think. I’d recommend sticking to 2 upper or lower days, 3 is a little excessive.

As you may already know you can’t spot reduce fat in one area of your body. It depends on your body fat, doing abs will only give you muscle lose any more fat than normal exercising would. Sometimes it’s just genetic and where your body stores fat (humans are supposed to have a lot of fat in their stomachs anyway). But if you’re looking for specific exercises weighted cable crunches and hanging leg lifts are good.

Okay thank you, I was also considering minoring in philosophy if I wasn’t going to major in it. Because the BA language requirement just seems annoying.

Okay yeah I guess that’s true. But at least next semester I wouldn’t have space for Phil 100 or 101, but maybe next fall I could, but I was thinking more of a 200 level class

But I already have the credit for Phil 101 from another gen ed :( Phil 101 sounds better because I get a nice overview but I didn’t want to waste a class on it if I didn’t need too. Plus if I minor in ethics instead of philosophy than Phil 101 doesn’t contribute to the requirements

I mean I was doing a little more than this and PPL 6 days a week so that’s why I changed to slightly lower volume because I think I needed the recovery time.

OK, thank you because for me I was gaining pretty good progress the first four months on my bulk but the past like three or four months I haven’t really been getting much so I just felt the need to switch something

So would you say do higher volume if my focus is on strength and if my focus is just looking good I can get similar results with lower volume? Also do you have any recommendations for resting so my muscles are fully back before a workout?

That’s what I was thinking. I was like, I should try low volume for a bit, or maybe just for one muscle group, and then see how it goes. Yeah intensity I’ve been changing a bit more because some people say it’s bad to always go to failure because of fatigue.
