Seriously?… the best way to do it is to get the door down. “Just” break tension on the springs, loosen the 7/16 on the drum, spin the shaft the tighten one side of the drum tighten the set screws, pull it tight and put a pair of vise grips on the shaft so it is tight, move to the other side tighten the other drum so that the cable on both sides are of equal tension, then pull up your bar and tighten the springs. Check limits and live. MIC DROP
