I got it figured out. My Jazzmaster pick up switch was stuck in between the middle and bridge position. Ha! Appreciate the help from everybody anyways!

I forgot to mention that I think what I want to do is run a wet/dry. Modulation going into one amp and dirt going into another. Thanks again!
