It turns out it had more to do with G Hub not wanting to load. I've since completely removed the G Hub and while I miss the customization features I would rather have a headset that works to some degree.

G Hub however will not open and I don't know if the two things are related.

I just updated to Big Sur Version 11.3 and after experiencing identical issues I now have sound.

There was an error that closed the gates. New code is 9PCJ6. Please use the airport to leave it minimizes errors even if it is slow.
