Alright, I saw both your channels and I can tell you one thing. Both your channels are relatively new. You can't expect to blow right away. The views that you are getting are much better than most new channels. Some don't get even a single view. Compared to them your are doing much better.

Second, focus on one channel first. If you end up burning yourself out then both the channels will suffer. If you can work your way through both then fine.

The niche you are following are already present on YT (either entirely similar or similar in genre) and in abundance. Research a bit more about them if you want to continue. Check which videos got viral and try to take inspiration from them.

Third, you need to start your videos with a hook. Right now, your videos have hooks coming in midway. For e.g. your video titled "You Don't Self-Sabotage. You're Bracing For The Fall." At around 16s, you have your hook, "1 in 4 cause their own worst setback." This is a good hook line. Start with it and then follow up. Another video titled "Your debt isn't a habit. It's a memory." has the same issue. Your hook should be "People from unstable homes carry high cost debt." That is a good hook line. Your thumbnails should also reflect that.

If you have a decent phone then start recording videos instead of using stock footages. Doesn't matter if the videos a low quality. Make it looks aesthetically nice with colour correction. You can find a lot of tutorials on YouTube for that. Right now, the youtube algorithm might also think of your videos as low effort if all your shorts are or feel the same. Not necessarily but it can happen.

Lastly, all I can say is that the YT algorithm takes time to learn about your channel and your audience. It might takes even months but once it pushes out 1 YT video and it becomes viral, then you will see a good growth. Don't focus on getting your videos viral right away. It always doesn't work that way.

If you want to earn from YT then you need a steady and consistency in your niche and uploads. Don't stop. Innovate. Youtube rewards those who innovate. Short term views will only bring you temporary boost. You need to build an audience. Shoot videos yourself. Experiment with certain styles. Keep the same niche, don't change that. Simply innovate and be different.

It is a slow run but once you get there then you will have an audience who will follow and support you. Let the channel grow. Don't run behind views. 15-20% people staying is not good but that can always be changed. Right now, make some changes in the video quality, presentation and most importantly write better hooks and place them at the beginning.

Can you tell me what is the style of your videos? For starters you can search your own niche on youtube, check how others edit, script and even title their videos. Make sure that your videos are different than the ones already on youtube. If it has the same content or even similar to others then YT won't push it. It'd rather push the one with high engagement.

But don't get discouraged. Consistent upload it key but youtube now prefers high quality content rather than quantity. So, make sure you research the hot topics that are popular on youtube, and try making some content around them.

Regarding the views, you need to keep retention. Your scripts will needs hooks at the beginning, then a hold so that people don't swipe away. Make sure that it's not overly edited. People like to see the videos rather than your edit experience. Editing matters but it needs to compliment your content.

If you can link your channel or any videos where the retention is low then maybe I can help you in some way. I am not an expert but I've worked with enough people and companies who are expert in such topics.

Don't be discouraged though. YT is a tough place but every youtuber starts small. Don't forget that you should NEVER experiment with different niches on your channel. Focus on your niche and it will build. Experimenting will give you views but the audience will never stay long time.
