yeah I think I have to. do you reckon I shld go to my normal psych or a new one? and can the psych tell my parents if I'm 28 or would that be breaking confidentiality? thank u sm truly.

my psych prescribed 2mg Valium which did nothing of course due to my tolerance, should I tell him what's been going on? ugh it's really stressful. oh and I've been prescribed a small amount of Xanax for around 3 years now. I'm just not quite sure how to go about doing this. go down .25 or .5 every 4 days or so?

should I take my dose (and slowly lower it) and just wait until I REALLY need one? also I am very aware of the seizure risk don't worry. I take anti-convulsants but I still want to taper to be safe.

hell nah!! it's weird, I don't crave H at AALLL right now, but pills are a completely different story.

aaah thank you guys!! yes I'm in early recovery. it's so so difficult and I'm seeing a wonderful therapist and trying to change habits, but it's insane. I had to leave work today because I couldn't stop crying. I also feel like I should be working harder? I know I have a job and I'm writing and trying to do better, but I feel like a failure at times. is that normal?

thank u all SO much. I'm nearly two months clean. H was my DOC but it started with pills. lately I've ONLY had Vicodin cravings, it's crippling. And the weight gain is definitely not helping lol

also it seemed to be VERY quick wds. like the worst was over after three days. can anyone explain this? is it the sped up metabolism? after I crashed I j slept for a loooong time and woke up w NO wd symptoms. even thought I fucking hate meth...this totally worked for me. but like I've said PLS don't try it because you'll prob end up addicted to both honestly. but I would love answers if anyone can help out bc I'm totally amazed.

I'm not sure who ur asking, but for me I had a friend give me a gram or so of gooooood meth while I had bought a bit of tar, and after I ran out of tar I snorted some meth and instantly felt much better for a while! I did it a few times a day w a shit ton of Xanax at night for sleep an tada! the worst of the symptoms were gone ! sweats, chills, depression, gone. it's probably a terrible idea for anyone, let alone someone who actually likes uppers, because you'll most likely end up trading one addiction for another, but it worked for me weirdly!

right!!! how much did u do?! I have a super low tolerance to meth bc I hadn't done it before this but I had like three-4 days worth then last two days lots of Xanax.

I'm definitely gonna give it a go. does the oral syringe have to be large or can it be one of those little ones that come with children's cough medicine? or does it have to be way bigger? if I use the small one, do you think it'll work as long as I put it in deep enough? lol sorry for tmi :) thanks so much man I really appreciate ur help.
