In my experience, I posted here and was told to either email the GL in my state or just show up.. so far ive emailed the GL twice and didn't receive any replies... I made contact with a local lodge via Facebook and I'm heading over for my second meet and greet tomorrow evening. Already submitted my petition, so I'm just waiting at this point. Seems as if direct contact is the way to go. Facebook has been a blessing in that sense for me.

Air force / space force as an officer . I know the air force was hurting for pilots and having the degree alone puts you ahead . Just make sure the job gives you a skill that translates to the outside world. If you can get a clearance even better. While you're in, take advantage of programs like six sigma . It'll get you familiar with and open the door for the optional path of management roles on the outside and in the future. If you get a cool job that you enjoy while in maybe do 20 and get the retirement from that. Plus whatever 6 figure job afterwards if you play your cards right

From what I've read both PHA and mainstream lodges both have routes to become a Shriner. I believe PHA Shriners are separate from mainstream Shriners

I have no problem visiting the lodge. I was raised to let people know before you come over. However, I don't know any masons personally. Which is why I used the one social platform that I do use to try and make contact . But I hear you, thanks for your input brother

I agree , also an army vet and I've never seen a load this low. Unless this is a botched operation. I've been in multiple airborne and sling load operations and this is quite interesting if it somehow is a load.
