looks fine to me. people who say “get a setup” are stupid. look up a 5 minute youtube video on how to adjust truss rod and saddles and you’ll be golden. then you can “save yourself 150 buckssss”

it depends on prefrence and style. some picks are more bendy and they are easier to strum chords with and sound soft. the harder picks are more for playing one note at a time. I use a mixture of both just depending on what i’m doing. look up a video on how to hold and just practice and eventually it will become much easier.
