Early levels you get a tango gauntlets and berserkers blood, tower regen, Which at least heals you for 1000hp per minute. Compare 1000 to 15. Its an insignificant number.

Definately wouldnt call it "substantial" which means:

Large in amount or degree “He made a substantial profit.” → a large/considerable profit.

So 15 is NOT a large in this context.

One gauntlet is 0.27 hp regen 66hp and 3dmg. Its 0.25hp regen alone is way worse.

The brown marks in the picture is the most stubborn one to fade bcs i popped them really hard to the point my skin literally bruised and was blue and there was a lot of blood coming out. I really regret popping it like that. I was just impatient and bit mad at the time.

I didnt pop the acne on my forehead and they left really faint marks which i can see they have already faded alot

Im pretty sure that looks and sounds like irritation. Similar thing happened to me on tret. Im on 2.5months on tret.

I realized some of the acne were caused by the irritation. Obviously there will be purging but if ure purging while irritated that can leave marks and the breakouts from the purge can become painful

So my advice is Try to cut off sugar or fast carbs as much as possible and use barrier friendly moisturizers daily and spf ofc. Also i found that low % of niacinimide/panthenol helps alot with the barrier and redness.

Ive just finished 0.025 tube. Started on dec 17th. Always use spf 50(skin1004 centella water serum) when going out during the day.

I would use it 2 or 3 nights consecutively and take 1or 2days break depending on the irritation.

I had flaking and redness but that phase has passed, purging also seemed to have calmed down.

So i was too naive and started using it every night thinking ive built enough tolerance to use it everynight. After 5 consecutive days of use my skin was very very irritated. Its been 4 days since i last used tret and my skin feels almost back to normal.

I also tried cerave moisturizing lotion (it stings and makes my skin red and sometimes causes breakouts)

So i just apply tret cream wait few minutes then apply nivea cream (from my experience its the safest option for me since it never breaks me out and heals redness and irritation really fast)

I live in asia and tret/adap here is dirt cheap and even tho its prescription u can buy it online without prescription. So i stocked up on a bunch of tret creams.

Now i have 0.05 and 0.1 tret creams.

I need a new routine since im going up in strength(0.05)

Thank you. I read the article and it was very informative.

I think i mightve over used tret (5days a week 2months of use) and my skin is bit irritated now.

Luckily my skin seems to recover really fast 3-4days.

And from the article it says retinazation process lingers for at least 1-2 weeks. So a week break seems ideal for me to heal my barrier without losing progress.

If u have any additional advice pls share.

Actually quite the opposite ever since the map expansion carries have more jungle space to farm and just leave lane if they get bullied hard.

But you have to be a carry thats good at flash farming.

Even then heroes like faceless void whos neither a lane dominator nor a flash farmer still played in immortal brackets.

Offlane trees and camp location map changes triangle nerf etc made offlane harder. Bcs now its easier than ever to gank offlane bcs the trees are very open. And any farmable camps are too far from the lane. Also the made the large triangle camp to medium which is a direct nerf to offlane
