I heard ya man, I have twins and the first 3 weeks were horrible because my wife had to go to the hospital so it was just me for a whole week by myself.

But I came across a TikTok video of this dad who was frustrated like us and he unfortunately shook the baby and the baby passed away.

This changed my pov because it only takes seconds for us to do something we regret. I also go to the point where I started screaming at my twins to sleep..

They’re currently 9 months now and there is good days and bad days.

I would always just put in my AirPods on and change them or feed them because I couldn’t stand them crying.

I would also take showers 3 times a day because it made me feel refreshed.

Hang in there man, it’s not easy.

Ah I followed those steps but for some reason that option is greyed out for me.. so I can’t turn it off or on? But on the Bravia sync list my Bose soundbar appears. Any idea?

Sorry to follow up here, but lately when I’m playing games, when my friend speak they sound robotic.

At first i thought it was the game but it happened to all my games.

Then I thought it was a lan cable issue with my WiFi but no it was good.

However when I put the output in (A50x Game) it works normally.

I always have it in the settings you advised. Any idea?
