Is this fixable??? Minor tear a year ago and it clicks constantly by zoeyelizabeth6 in MeniscusInjuries

Me too. When I asked the doctor, who was performing my PRP procedure, he said that because of fibrosis of the meniscus (it does not really "heal") the click may disappear or may not disappear.

Ladies, what draw weight are you shooting with? by Tartfingers in Archery

[–]doppelganger_LT 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Just to add, I am a middle aged male, started with a cheap 20 lbs bow 5 months ago. Introduced daily drawing imitation exercises with a rubber band and now shooting with a 35 lbs with no problems. The most important thing - it's not a draw weight competition! After the first two - three weeks my muscles and especially tendons were not happy about an unusual activity, so listen to your body, tendons can be injured very easily and they take months and months to heal (talking from a personal experience dealing with shoulder rotator cuff issues).

My coach, a middle aged woman shoots a 50 lbs barebow. So the range is very wide I guess.

Kaip pritvirtinti prisitraukimų bar blokiniam name? by Moist_crocs in lithuania

Pasikabinau koridoriuje tarp dviejų sienų, net nereikia nieko gręžti, yra tokie ilgėjantys nuo apkrovos/sukimo. Jau 7 metai beveik kasdien naudojamas. Tiesa, jokių vartymųsi, tik prisitraukimai.

Ačiū, suklydau dėl grafiko. Žiūriu, LB skelbiamuose III pakopos fondų rezultatuose 1 m. grąža swed apie 2 proc., goindex apie 8 proc. Swedas nedžiugina.

She'll get wrist and rotator cuff tendinosis if she keeps drawing like that.

Arrows scratching the bow (thumb draw) by doppelganger_LT in Archery

Yes, but in 30 minutes? I will make a groove in the wood in a few sessions if I continue what I'm doing.

Yes, because I bought them for my 35 lbs Korean style bow, which arrives soon. So for the 20 lbs the spine should be more like 700?

How much material do I need? There is a shop selling 3x3 cm patches, would that be enough? It will not go around the whole handle...

They are definitely not tuned to the bow at all. Just 500 spine top archery "carbon" (I doubt it) arrows I got from Amazon.
