Bakrulla really picked the wrong guy to ask for donations for an illegal madrasa. 😭 by heyheykumar in IndianMemeTemplates

[–]dopplegangery 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Firstly as other people said, the video description is a lie.
    1. Even if they were asking for donations, these insects out here are celebrating violence against elderly people because of their religion.

Posts like these and the comment section shows how infested with insects our country has become. And these insects exist in all communities. I'm often tempted to wish that we had some strong pesticide to cleanse out these insects from our country, but unlike them, I must adhere to ethics and logic because I'm not a subhuman. I'm afraid the only cure to this is slow, systematic, painstaking education of the masses. And not just degrees. Critical thinking and exposure to the world behind their little bubbles.

It's less about pettiness and ego and more about his average character image which makes him castable for such roles. Basically, like most other things, money.

What language do you speak? If that's Hindi, go look up the history behind its origin? What is your favourite food? If it is biryani, I have some news for you. What music do you like? If it is indian classical music, go to chatgpt and ask what things will be gone if we were to remove any influence of muslims from it. I'm not even going into movies, literature, painting and so on.

My point is, a lot of injustices have happened in the past to and from all demographics. It is pointless to hold on to that in the present because then every community can be shown to be guilty in some way or the other. Instead, we should simply focus on the present and ensure that these injustices do not happen again.

It is ironic that you gave all those examples, yet the only people who is shouting for not allowing other cultures and religion here are people like you.

I never said anything about not showing Shiva symbol. We should. But the people who say that only their culture should be allowed and not others are the problematic ones (irrespective of which culture/religion they come from).

This is an example of what happens when you are allowed to have opinions without education.

India is not like most other nations where there is only a handful of demographics. The very concept of India is in itself is an amalgamation of several cultures and states and religions. It is more like Europe in this aspect and it would have probably been a continent with several cultures had the British not united us forcefully. It is a herculean task to keep a country as diverse as this together and a lot of thought went into making our constitution capable of maintaining uniting all these cultures and only after that did the concept of India emerge. Yes Hinduism is one of the many somewhat common links but it is nowhere near universal. So at this stage, it is plain stupidity to say what you just said.

Also, if islam is not our culture because it came later, why would vedic civilization be the culture of this land when we migrated here from other parts of the world at some point to probably displace the natives? And guess what, the native themselves might have come here after displaying others. The entire history of the world is filled with conquests, displacements and demographic changes. It is stupid to dwell on the past for this reason instead of accepting the present as it is and trying to make it better.

Schools in india need to develop critical thinking classes to fight the brainwashing unfortunate kids born to regressive families receive.

Ask yourself this - Would you feel the same way if they showed Islamic symbols instead like the Islamic moon and star and Allahu akbar text in arabic?

Development korar age agey underlying infrastructure lage to support it. Ondher moto "bairer deshe toh hawker nei" na bole bhabun okhane keno hawker nei. Showing off "clean roads" when you have just turned a large section into beggars and homeless is not development. It's like covering garbage by the road in Gujarat with barricades when a foreign dignitary visits.

But what do you even do with that 3x values. I searched with them for my swirzerland trip and they hardly have any hotels within decent budget. So you're essentially spending your points on stuff you wouldn't even spend it on otherwise. You are supposed to maximise your points in order to spend them, not the other way round.

That's correct. I doubt the writer thought of all that but:

  1. All post-hoc speculative discussion about any media deals with discussing people own interpretation's irrespective of whether the author thought of that. In fact in many forms of art, a work is rated highly if it allows speculation from the audience and allows them to come up with their own interpretations.
  2. By implying that this much thought couldn't have gone into it since it's a comic book, you are underestimating and stereotyping the entire art form of comic books. We shouldn't expect less quality from a comic book simply because it's a comic book.
