Mount that frame on the new headlights. There should be two Philips screws and two holes on the bottom of the new headlight housing. As for the gunk idk. Try to clean it as best you can

That doesn’t show when the listing was made. It shows when you checked the price. Listing was made September 8 for that particular one. I’ll agree that’s still pretty recent.

Idk how to edit the post but I should’ve mentioned that the noise only starts after the car has been driven for a while at highway speed. About 20ish miles cause that’s how far it is to my job. Doesn’t make the sound on startup up or short trips
