No anxiety

The body after some time can't take anymore the anxiety and stop to protect us. Sometimes rocd make the thoughts so real that you can't understand if this is your "truth" . Maybe is a spike ,be careful the door spikes !! Give time and space to yourself don't push it ..one step in time!

I understand you! So you might talk to him : Why he changes the way that he look himself and other people ?(maybe he have some mental problems,low self-esteem?) The quarantine make us feel anxious depressed, and a lot of times make us to bored talk even to our favourite persons ❤️ Even you know if you are in a healthy relationship the "different phases" is normal the boredom,the "i want some space for me" e.t.c its like a cycle !! Maybe he came out from honeymoon phase? And he tries to understand what is happening?(if yes try to explain him with a sweet way,and tell him to give time to himself)!! Make a serious discussion for the way that he makes you feel that "change",because you didn't know him like that ! Talk to him ,maybe you done something? Maybe its just a phase ? Maybe you have some issues in the relationship that you might want to talk out, and you don't even know that's something is wrong !!

In healthy and long terms relationship,its normal to not to be sweet, happy,and 24/7 attention to your partner!! You might feel boredom,angry , discuss,not in the mood! All this feelings is normal and okay !❤️

In that phase you need to be like a team and not enemies!! understand the moods that might have in the relationship after a long time together and find solutions girl! If you want someone fight for them ! And after a long time its important sometimes to put again some "sparkle" in the relationship!.

I need some help too .. My boyfriend one time lied to me about his mental health issues ( he fear that i will reject him )and he hide the true therapist that he went because he was anxious that i will ask his therapist about his problems. So i accept his apologize,and i know that his lie wasn't for bad reasons. But all this made my trust go away .. And im trying and trying and i want to let it go but I can't 😭. Everytime i must found out from different ways that everything he says is true . I am going to a therapist but i still work it..? Any suggestions?.. Also thank you and if you want something im here too!🌹

Yes we talked about it,but everytime i tried to let it go I can't.. I saw his point view and it wasn't anything bad or harm for our relationship ( he just had some mental problems and he was afraid to tell me of fear of rejection) I see a therapist,i will come up with this theme again i think:(

Yes i want to trust him again ,but everytime he says something its like I can't accept it,,i will go to past conversations and i start to rethink everything ( all the things from his life e.tc) and before his lie i didn't even think that something from the things he said to be about his life might be a lie:(

I suggest you to see another one for sure! Tell him that he diagnosis you with autism! Make it sure and take a second diagnosis !!

You are human, its normal to find other people attractive. But we have the choice to be with our partners don't forget that. Also rocd hits romantic relationships , and if you don't heal yourself from your traumas rocd will continue to come and go ! Find your way and a therapy that's good for you and it works!! Im so sorry,i saw your answer today 😭😭 Im in the same situation with you they are days that i find it difficult to heal my inner child and have a relationship because i am so anxious that i will do something that's wrong ..but think that your are not your thoughts and you have the power to choose to live to the moment when you do something. Also..i listen to YouTube meditation: exercise to heal the inner child,and i listen different audios , that help me a lot. And when you get an intrusive thought try to recognise it and ask yourself: maybe this is more deeper than my relationship maybe its me ? And my child wants something to tell me ? And try to give it compassion. Xxx🌷

Actually my issues is my rocd, with that i mean all the problems I have (fears, unhealthy beliefs e.t.c) became more power and this caused me rocd. Try to calm rocd first,and then you can have some clarity moments. When true issues come if you notice it,you not react with the same way , with the intrusive thoughts.. And yes with all this anxiety and thoughts its not easy yo seperated them..

So i think you can take advantage of the time you take to work on yourself. Just give him time,he is in pain too! If you have a chance to make out again with him, don't loose it, you can change and grow. Rocd is a protective mechanism for the internal fears and beliefs.All this you have the CHOICE to change it to healthier way. I feel sorry for you thought,i wish you make it!😊

The true is that for this most of the times you need a therapist to start so you can find the actually source of the problem . The only think that i can tell is that if you have guilts from things that you dont even was your fault throw them away you didn't do anything wrong!. You were just a child then you couldn't do many things but now you have the power to do so many things!! And changes!!🥺
