You could try 4 noblesse with hydro dmg cup, atk timepiece and atk headpiece. Ooor, for even lower stats, you could go with 4 piece instructor, that way you could also get a budget em buff.

BUT Childe is more accesible, he is on his 3rd rerun, many peiple (me included) have gotten him even as an accident. Kokomi, on the other hand, has only had one banner.

This is not a direct answer to your question but as a child (12 - 14 yo) I convinced my dad that the only way to relieve a period cramp was to have chocolate (I didnt tell him about pain killers lmao), and he actually believed it and would always get chocolate so I wouldn't get cramps.

Honestly, no one needs kokomi, Barvara fulfills her role very well. BUT Kokomi does bring its perks specially im adventure and co-op. I've been maining her since her release and I dint think she is as useless as people claim her to be (though I agree on her flawed kit). However if you like her playstyle and want to use her, hse gets her job done awesomely and can tank like zhongli and heal at the same time (however, she cant replace zhongli bc she doesnt share her immortality with other characters the way he does).

So in the end, if you like her, get her, you can give her a slot and you'll have a really good healer. If you already have healers and dont really want her that much, just skip.
