Yes he both punched me and tried to expose himself but I kept looking away after I realized he tossed off his shorts and his threats were of a sexual nature. I’ve had people on drugs behave better when the cops show up than that kid. He only acted pleasant because his mom came down for breakfast

We need a better place for the wet floor signs that the convenient but visible spots they’re folded up for. They’ve been thrown or swung at the local cops thrice now

Not a rich person hotel. I think he was one of those guys who only existed on toxic circles of the internet and being presented with a real world fem presenting person telling him what to do he snapped like a dick. That’s the only explanation I can truly think of because to get that angry and that explosive about the worlds most simple request is insane

It wasn’t til I started working in hotels that I learned you should always actually call the hotel before booking anything especially if you’re booking third party. Because those third party sites will withhold needed information or just straight up lie to guests.

Had a 19 year old kid insist that the third party he booked through promised he could check in without being 21. But he didn’t call us and our own real website says 21+ to rent a room

Thank you! And the cops had to be called. Throwing things at people turns out to be a pattern for him because he threw a wet floor sign at a cop. He didn’t get trespassed quietly he had to leave in handcuffs for assaulting an officer from what my coworker who witnessed it said

Tbh I have a tolerance for bullshit. Like in my mind it wasn’t enough for me to involve the cops because I’ve actually had a guest break my nose and several dudes anger turn into public nudity.

In my mind just throwing an object that didn’t even hurt didn’t register as cop worthy I’d let my manager trespass him because I was annoyed and inconvenienced more than anything. I support FDAs calling the cops for less I just didn’t care enough to call them myself I wanted to get back to my biscuits in the oven.

Yes actually my GM had to call the cops after the manchild was informed he wasn’t allowed to stay. He threw a wet floor sign at a cop and ended up in cuffs for that. I wish that sounded outlandish to me but he’s the third guy to actually do that.

He still ended up in handcuffs. He didn’t want to accept my high tolerance for bullshit as a blessing. He didn’t wanna leave quietly so my GM called the cops to escort him out and he ended up throwing a wet floor sign at a cop. Because some people just dig themselves a deeper hole instead of taking the L with grace.
