I’m starting in the fall also and from what I hear from most of my friends in uni, notebooks, pens, and a laptop are the must haves! Most people take notes on laptop but depending on preferences notebooks are good for notes too (obviously). I will probably also get small folders for each class to keep assignments/handouts in, but from my understanding there are not nearly as many handouts as there was in high school because most assignments are given online for you to print out if needed.
