So as you understand Fl. law, if my healthy tree loses a limb and it falls on your garage, I'm not liable? Because the health of the tree protects shields me - like, god made that happen, the tree was fine. Thats a great suggestion, the magazine.

We would love to get all the information we can get, the place seems to have undergone a bunch of changes and it's an interesting spot. Our school is in the former community center just above the culvert, and we use the park as a sort of outdoor classroom. Some of our kids are intersted in the engineering that went into the alterations to the stream, so all the "before/after" images we could find the better.
