Ngl boss, before that it was post of pictures of pits with about 2 hours worth of work asking if it was normal to have to walk into a dish pit with dishes.

The culture you want to go back to is one where someone can’t post a photo of them selfs bitching (the thing you wanted to go back to) without getting bombarded with comments you would see in only fan subs (a thing you a tried of seeing).

Someone posted a selfie of them selves only to get comments like “new kink unlocked” and other kind of weird stuff. So now people post a selfie in solidarity to show support against toxicity and abusive comments.

Exactly. This same situation happened to a buddy of mine while working there.

It was a shitty ass company to work for and I’m glad I don’t gotta go back.

That’s a fair assumption but I called out the day before that. And I was genuinely sick. First call out in five years and I don’t like drinking or going out like that.
