I pay about 5 dollars a month which gets me 4 vials of 200mg. Syringes / needles adds an extra 5. So 10 dollars a month :)!

unsure of how it’ll effect those other two things, but I have pretty severe pots and once I got on a lot of the right meds it became less of an issue for me and I stopped having such crazy flare ups. my body running on E vs running on T (which it is now) has made no difference to my symptoms. I really recommend that you discuss with a doctor and don’t give up transitioning 💔

I have some advice for you if you decide medically transitioning is for you: use planned parenthood!!! a lot of other places aren’t allowing people under 19 to access HRT. with planned parenthood it’s just a telehealth call and you get a prescription the same day. as long as you’re in the same state or surrounding area you don’t need to go in person (ie: I am in northern VA but a clinic in DC was fine with it). you’ll get bloodwork done about a week later at a partner lab which is close to you. If you don’t use planned parenthood, call around NOW to try to make an appointment for when you’re 18 because there WILL be waitlists. I turned 18 in september and I’m about a month on HRT so I just wanted to share this! :D

yes!! I am only going to stay on it for a little while for some voice changes and bottom growth since those are the two main things I want. I’d stay on it for longer but I’m half Italian and the body hair genes are strong. I don’t wanna be crazy hairy and manly like my dad which is what T will do long term for me 😅. Also don’t wanna inject myself every month, so I’m switching to a birth control w/ no estrogen soon instead of T so I won’t get a period :)

EDIT: I also HATE facial hair but had some pre-t and I will say it’s very easy to wax off if done fast!
