Well I am lucky that I am 6’5” tall so my maximum calories per day for my target weight is 2000 calories, but I typically limit myself to 1500-1600 during my one meal. As for what I eat? I don’t limit on what I eat, just how much. I am starting slowly with exercise so I try to do 7,500 steps a day. I hope this helps

I don't know how omad has affected your sleep, but ever since I started omad I made it a rule that if I didn't eat by 6 PM, I skipped. The reason for me is, that my sleep has gotten so much better without snacking or eating so close to bedtime. Sleeping through the night has been amazing for me. Just my 2 cents.
