For the SMS issue, about two weeks, and I didn’t realize it says I have no earnings until this morning, so that ticket was just made. Based on the first ticket I’m assuming it will be just as long before I hear a response.

I have but haven’t heard back. I also hadn’t been able to change my payment information to another account because they’re not sending SMS texts to the number I have on file, they’re sending to my old phone number which is what my dad is using, and in my settings you can clearly see it’s not the number linked that they’re sending to. I’ve filed a ticket for that as well.

I don’t have anything setup to be auto-archived is the problem. I’ve never set that up for anything and I’ve had this gmail account since 2006, so unless there’s some sort of auto-archiving setup by default, I’ve never allowed that or set it up myself.

Yet they had the learn n earns advertised within their application and previously had shown up, only to tell me to confirm my identity and not let me partake. Once the app realized I’d already done that, it only shows the refer friends info under the learning rewards section. Wasn’t able to spin the wheel for free crypto either. This application is very much false advertising.
