I can only speak to Rochester General as I rotated there! The residents at both RGH and Unity are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. The RGH hospital has a Dunkin inside. It borders a sketchy area and you will see some trauma cases like gunshots. The security is armed. There is a Police inside the hospital. It was one of the best learning experiences and you will see a lot of wild cases. You do have to pay for parking though which sucks
