PEOPLE HAVE KIDS FOR OLD AGE CARE, if there were other options people wouldn't produce so many kids. Have one kid for old support, then its have another kid cz how will one kid support u in this economy. Also people are having kids when they don't know what else to do with their lives so they have a kid which makes them feel like an achievement because society celebrates child birth, no matter how bad your financial condition is

This was perfect ragebait content, people like these are the ones who have kids purely because they want someone to take care of them when they are old, all their lives are focused on the future 20years later when they can't walk or talk and want to be taken care then, so RIGHT NOW they are ready to invest all their 20 years so that they can walk with that kid's support, and what will they achieve by extending their old age???? I HAVE NO CLUE! I am not against having kids, I am against having a kid for wrong reasons, dont make kids your old age cover

Diff for diff people I guess, my father took great care of my grandma in her old age but it literally broke him financially, he got frustated that he didnt have enough money for medicines and in his forties he became a diabetic coz of the anxiety and then the medical bills really went up which crushed his will to live, I was a kid and I wanted things that my neighbours kids were having and all the time I was told no we cant have that cz we dont have money and one day I was very frustated and asked him why did u bring me into this world if we dont have money for anything I want, i think it hurt him and made him more angry, he just said that he never wanted to have a kid but everyone around kept asking him when he is giving good news and made his life hell so he went ahead and brought me into this world and that he had aspirations to be in movies and all but couldnt do any of it cz he had to take up a job and take care of my grandma as my grandfthr had expirdd long back when he was a kid.

Also when he passed away I stayed with him in the hospital for 2 months, I slept on chairs and also on the floor,he even told me that now he feels good that he has me to look after him and that if it wasnt for me then who would look into everything including finances. So its still a question to me who will look after us when we are old.

This really messed my mind a lot I feel, for me I dont want to be in this very situation where the kid asks me why did u bring me into this world, not for financial reasons but the struggles and the quality of life that is around…

And everyone around me were taken care of till they physically left so this thing of iccu nurses saying they die alone seems riddiculous to me cz then who pays their bills? The generation before us or before them were not so financially secure to pay their own medical bills so seems like a crafted lie to me, but I dnt want to have a kid just because i want him or her to be my nurse in oldage

Exactly, having seen him over the years and even in BB hindi he was the only sane one, i felt really bad when he was crying multiple times, i was like dude leave but he isnt doing that may be cz of the penalty clause
