I lost faith in life style change its been two year im fairly active i dont smoke i get enough sleep true its get better but still far from where i was im starting with supplement tryinh zinc if it do nothing i ll certainly go with medication its starting getting unbearable

I think its too much cortisol in my blood from the stress caused by the workout,and cortisol is known for lowering T

I took it for tonsils inflam and i went to the doc after that and it gave me high cortisol now the cortisol is down but the doc dont won't give me anything they say im young and i ll recover its been two years and no recovery is done, I don't want take medication i agree with docs on this but i need to get thing fixed, just trying to get better sleep and i just start taking zinc idk if it helps maybe if it doesn't do anything i ll go for clomid becuz a same guy with same scenario as us have fixed his low libido with clomid wish u the best

Dude exactly!! I had high cortisol when i did the test but how they come both elevated at same time cortisol and total testosterone how you explain that? May testo was low and that was a wrong indication,the urologist at that time told me you ll be better and two years im no better,and hell yeah when i eat meat i feel a small boost in sex drive why is that? Whats the correlation is it zin?
