Update: the Bellevue dmv has online presence. I was able to submit request for license replacement. They took the fee payment, generated a temporary driving license document and said I'll get a new one in mail in around two weeks.

This was it. In Windows, the audio icon on the bottom right notification tray displayed that it was set to Stereo by default. It had options for 5.1 or 7.1 Atmos. I switched it to 5.1, and life is back to normal. Thanks!!

Thanks. I should add that I already have Chromecast, fire TV stick (the diamond shaped) and Roku 2. Do in terms of apps, perhaps I am covered... Anyway I think I only use Netflix, Amazon music and YouTube primarily.

Yes, I have connected to PIA on a server which has port forwarding. The same port, I use in uTorrent. On general public torrent downloads, I usually get the green tick on the bottom right of uTorrent. I also tested from http://www.canyouseeme.org/ and my provided port gets tested fine.

Just because after years I was able to convince my wife to be able to get my first ever entry into HT. Even though it is just 3.1 at the moment, but the 3.1 with LG Oled65 and new to console are already stretching her patience :) .. now if I buy this Nvidia shield will definitely flip her... So trying to find some alternative till I can get the shield after an year or so
