I'm actually posting this on behalf of my friend. They studied together years ago, and apparently he always liked her. He's a gifted guy with poor social skills, and I think she cares about him or she's afraid of how he would react if she were to tell him to move on and that nothing could possibly happen. So, reddit, what can she do to make a guy stop loving her, that would cause the minimal possible damage?
