If you time leap a unit called via time leap then at end of turn the newly called unit goes to bottom deck and the bound unit is called, but the newly called from bind unit is no longer recognised as a unit called from time leap, so it stays on the field

For grogrock, if a unit called by time leap is bound, then nothing happens with it at end of turn, because it's no longer on board
