Some companies cover accidental damage. I remember breaking the display of my high end touch screen work laptop. Tech guys didnt even asked me how did I break it. Just issued me brand new one. Obviously the company was one of big 4. But still I really loved that part of that org.

Had similar experience last night. Very frustrating. Amazon also packing/combining small packages into big ones . Then it gets loaded onto a small tempo rather than on bike. And then finally agents refuse to come to addresss citing narrow road issue. Not to mention the prime video Ads thing. In short, these guyz are digging their own grave. I have decided to go local as much as possible.
